I bought it for the color but love the product. Easy to set up features (4 hour hot plate, time, etc.) and directions are clear. Pretty and practical.

This coffee maker is everything, but one thing!
I love this coffee maker it has everything I was looking for. I wanted one with a heat setting, but also a keep hot setting as well. This stays so hot! and for 4 hours! We love it. Easy to clean, easy to operate, and sleek and stylish. Only draw back is the coffee carafe, it dribbles like crazy and is a total pain. Havent invested time yet in order to find a replacement that will fit but I will be doing that.

Not so much….
I was so excited to see this as I love the color scheme. Unfortunately, the Patric is just too plasticky and the coffee brewed was a no go. After trying 6 pots following a thorough cleaning it still tasted like bad gas station coffee/(

I must read the instructions
The media could not be loaded. I love the look of the high end looking coffee pot. It allows me to program it for the strength of the coffee and the time I want it to begin brewing. However I haven’t read my instructions yet so I don’t know how to work it with all of the features it has.

Spills EVERYWHERE!
I’ve had this coffee maker for well over a year now. I thought it was my clumsy pouring of coffee but EVERYONE who try’s to pour a cup spills all over the place. I finally figured it out, the spout it way too tiny. Unless you are super patient and can pour one drop at a time then you are going to have problems. Also filling the back station with water will cause the water to spill out. I need something more practical. As far as the coffee and brewing this thing works. However you are going to start each morning wiping up spilled coffee from your cabinets down to the floor. They need to make a better pot that doesn’t spill when you try to pour it.
