Q: Can this be used on outdoor. weathered steel steps (corten steel)?

Ive used mine outside on wood and it seems ok

Q: Can it it used on iron gym pull up bar. The foam bits have come off over a period of time.

No it will rip your hands to bits, could you use handle bar grips

Q: Has anyone used this product on outside decking

Yes. The first time it didn't stick , but I put some down in the summer when the decking was gone dry and it's still stuck now. I live in The highlands Scotland so the weather has been pretty wet. It will not stick though if there is even dew it has to be really really dry.

Q: Could i use this on a tarmac steep driveway ?

If you can get it to stick to the tarmac, it could work. Make sure its clean and dry before you stick it down, and if it doesn't stick first time try silicone.
