Odif 505 Temporary Adhesive Spray for Fabric 500 ml - Fabric Spray Glue for Craft - Paper Adhesive for All Your Creative Projects

Brilliant use this all the time well worth the money

I use this temporary adhesive spray for sticking cutaway and water soluble stabiliser to my machine embroidery projects. The aerosol can means that when it is sprayed onto the stabiliser, it provides an even coating of glue to the fabric. If it does get on the embroidery hoops, it is easy to remove with hot water. It works really well to hold stretch fabrics like jersey in place and provides a strong hold that prevents the fabrics from pulling and distorting whilst hooping or being embroidered, which provides a high quality outcome. The spray is easy to remove from plastic embroidery hoops with some hot water. I have bought this product many times over the years.

Useful for quilt makers for temporary securing batting and backing to quilt front ready for sewing/quilting.

Does what it says.

First time user and it does what it says. I would recommend

I use on small quilts when I don’t want to set up a huge frame. Works great

Used this for fabric layout and light craft work—wanted something that sticks clean but doesn’t wreck the surface. The Odif 505 sprays evenly, no clogs, and gives a tacky hold that’s easy to reposition. Ideal for upholstery prep, stencil work, or layering materials before stitching. No strong smell, no bleed-through, and it doesn’t gum up scissors or needles. Used it on velvet, cotton, and paper—held firm without leaving residue or staining. Can’s metal body feels solid, and the nozzle gives a fine mist rather than a splatter. Good stash-ready kit for anyone doing fabric work, DIY upholstery, or temporary layout jobs. I keep one in the shed and another in the van for on-the-go fixes. 👍 Pros ✅ Even spray—fine mist, no blobs ✅ Temporary hold—repositionable without damage ✅ No residue—clean finish on fabric and paper ✅ Works on multiple surfaces—cotton, velvet, card ✅ Metal can—durable and leak-free 👎 Cons ❌ Not for heavy-duty bonding—light hold only ❌ Needs ventilation—use in open space ❌ Nozzle can clog if left uncapped ❌ Not heat-resistant—avoid ironing over it 🧭 Personal Review If you want a clean, temporary adhesive that’s easy to use and doesn’t mess up your materials, the Odif 505 earns its spot. I’ve used it across fabric layouts, stencil setups, and light upholstery—no drama, just clean results and proper control. Proper stash-ready gear for anyone who wants their projects sorted without the faff.

Great thankyou!
