DO NOT BUY! I bought this at the end of October and used it for the first time in November. It worked great at first and then towards the end of our meal the grill stopped working. We didn’t think too much of it and assumed the plate just wasn’t on correctly. We pulled this out to use again in December and the grill did not work at all. We took the plate off, put it back down, unplugged and replugged it in, basically any troubleshooting you can do was done. Obviously I am past the return window and cannot get ahold of the company to ask for a replacement. $80 down the drain.

Pros: • Soup gets to boiling temperature quickly • Soup pot has a middle divider to allow different flavors or spice levels • Smokeless which makes it safe to use indoors • The pot and grill section comes off which makes cleaning VERY EASY Cons: • The bbq grill heat is not as good or hot as the soup (not really a con, this is intentional to avoid smoke) • POWER HUNGRY. If both the soup and grill are both turned on, it draws 2,200 watts total. For older homes with smaller electrical breakers, do not use any other devices that will draw power on the same breaker or you will trip the breaker. Additional Notes: I ordered 2 of these and have hosted family/friends events and everyone loved the food and the hot pot stoves. When using the hot pot, remember to not fill the soup pots if you are adding meat/veggies or it will overflow. I also recommend to not cook thick cuts of meat on the grill as the grill does not get very hot, even on the highest level. These units are extremely power hungry drawing 2,200 watts when using the pot and grill at the same time. Make sure you do not use other devices on the same breaker such as microwaves, coffee machine, etc if you're using the hot pot.

This is HUGE. But I wouldn’t have it any other way. It’s great for parties. It works, it’s so easy to use and everyone is blown away by the possibilities. My only complaints are that I wish the soup bowl and the kbbq stove was 2 separate pieces and not one connected one. It works, but it’s kind of a pain to wash when it’s so large. And 2, don’t use this on a surge protector. It blew my surge protector out as the only item on it, but it worked fine in the wall outlet.

Using this this hot pot grill was amazing, honestly. We have doing hot pot at home for almost a year now and wanted to try with a grill as well. The food cooks nice and evenly and is easy to clean mid-feast. Personally I feel it is not too hard to clean the full plate, but can see problems if a person sink is not big enough. My main issues are: The temperature control. There is no indication at all aside from it being on. But good luck determining actual heat levels. (sometimes the grill being on can keep the hot pot soup boiling even if the hot pot is turned off) The coating is coming off after 3 uses. The plate has also warped and does not sit on the base correctly any more. Not a huge issue in our house, but if you use any marinades, it may spill to someone else's side. Regardless of this, I'd still recommend this product to anyone that may use it lightly/sparingly. I believe we'll end up buying another as it is dang enjoyable.

This hot pot/grill is amazing! We have had hotpot dinners numerous times now and our family loves it. It is so nice to be able to grill and have hotpot at the same time and the same place! There is no smoke while grilling and it keeps the temperature up the entire time we are using it. The hotpot/grill surface easily lifts off for easy cleaning and I do mean easy cleaning. Even with the cooked on meat on the grill, it just wipes right off of the non-stick surface. It is clean and ready to go again in a matter of minutes. It's the perfect size for our family of 5 even when we had 2 guests over. The only annoyance so far are the knobs. You can't really tell where they are set...it's more of a "Turn it all the way on then back it off a bit" sort of thing.

Loved this when I first got it. Worked well. The part that supplies electric to the grill round burned out we think because it’s easy to move the springs that push the contact plate when you are putting the top to the bottom. How it’s made makes it easy to clean but easy to break. Think I will stick with an electric griddle and an electric hot pot separately.

C'est l'appareil idéal si on aime cuisiner à table. Les deux systèmes fonctionnent très bien ce qui permet de cuisiner tout ce que vous voulez : griller ou bouillir. Rien ne reste coller au gril et il est très facile à nettoyer. Je recommande.

Wir nutzen den Hot Pot regelmäßig, nicht nur an Feiertagen. Sowohl mit dem Grill, als auch mit dem Topf, lassen sich die Lebensmittel gut und schnell zubereiten. Wir haben schon vieles getestet. Ich kann u.a. Paprika, Avocado, Zucchini, Pilze und Garnelen für den Grill empfehlen und für den Topf eignen sich viele verschiedene asiatische nudelsorten, wie Ramen oder udon. Fleisch kann man je nach Geschmack für beides gut verwenden: nur mit Tofu habe ich schlechte Erfahrungen gemacht, da dies leider bei mir schnell auseinander gefallen ist. Auch ein rohes Ei wird auf dem Grill nicht ganz so perfekt, wie in der Pfanne. Mit 2-4 Leuten kann man, ohne allzu lange Wartezeit und mit genügend Platz für alle, das Gerät gut nutzen. Ab 5 Personen wurde es etwas eng. Ein Pluspunkt ist die Trennwand in der Mitte vom Topf, worduch man zwei unterschiedliche Brühen Gleichheit verwenden kann. Allerdings zerkratz der Topf schnell. Daher empfehle ich eine eine Zange aus Hartplastik oder Holz, statt der Metall-Zange, die mitgeliefert wird. Grill und Topf lassen sich bei Bedarf auch einzeln verwenden und die Temperatur kann man bei beiden anpassen. Einzig ein wenig aufwändig ist die Reinigung vom Gerät.
