Recorder from the Beginning: Pupil's Book Bk. 1: Full Color Edition

This book brought a big smile to my daughter's face, and although as a starter she dived into it with great gusto, and a lot of questions. The general layout of this book is excellent, and the use of graphics, fonts, and colors make learning fun and easy to follow. Including a CD is the intelligent touch, because there are songs that children do not know, and yes they could go to YouTube, but it’s not as personalized as having your CD. I would recommend this book for any beginner, as it’s designed to get your child up and running in a very short time while having fun learning music.

Fun learning to play Recorder with music. And the accompanying CD will probably be good, but I need to get a CD player.I'm an adult re-learning music. Loving it.

A gift from grandmas because I can

This suggests that there is a CD with it. But no CD was dispatched. If you look at the picture it shows CD. But info doesnt mention CD. This needs to be changed on the Amazon site

more to the point, so did my great niece.I thought the 'theory of music' instruction was well positioned and important

It did not fulfil its role.My child plays badly.It kept getting lost!

I bought this because it has the cd to accompany the recorder playing. It is brilliant .
