easy to handle, stays charged for at least 5 hrs, no difficulty transitioning to windows 11.

No instructions on how to use installed Windows 11.
The lap top is light and key board easy to see and read. Too complicated for me to use since I used Windows 10. Hate Windows 11.

I just got my laptop today and I’m so happy. It’s looks so nice! I’m still trying to get familiar with this operating system but I'll soon get the gang of it. What I'm wondering is what is the white card th Comes with it. Picture attached.

Poor Quality and Misleading Description - Not worth the price.
After it took forever to process the order, once I received the item, I was extremely disappointed with the quality and the features. I would have given this item a C- rating at half the price. I returned it within one hour of opening the box.

Inexpensive laptop for what you get. Have had no issues of any kind. Screen is bright and the extra memory gives it enough speed for everyday usage.
