There will be a number printed on the end of the brushes, if you do a search for “carbon brushes” followed by this number you should get several options, amazon or eBay would probably be best

The head is on a swivel the machine is held sideways for walls and turned upside down for ceilings so yes

You can use it at the end of the wall but it is a round headed sander so will not go tight in to th corner. Have used more exspenive version but I have not found them any better don’t use it all the time so can’t answer how it would last if constantly uesd
