My husband decided to install a door in the heat of the moment. I did not have a door knob, but I had one almost identical to this at another door, so I bought this on a whim thinking if it doesn’t work out, we can always replace it. It came overnight. Super fast shipping. It’s absolutely wonderful. It was easy to install for my husband. It fit perfectly and the value is great for this price point. Shockingly so. The locks work perfectly it came with two keys of course it came with the template to install it. I would definitely recommend this and please ignore the mess. It was just installed so I need to clean it up, but I wanted to go ahead and put it up here and of course ignore the the trim as we just installed the door and haven’t addressed that issue yet.

This door handle looks amazing on my front door. I love the black hardware appearance, and this matches the surrounding hardware perfectly. My first one was defective after a few weeks (interior door handle would only trigger the mechanism if you pulled UP on the handle), but they overnighted me a new one and it has worked perfectly for nearly a year now. It gets many compliments, and feels very smooth when using, so I am extremely satisfied with my choice.

The look is great and installation instructions are great too. Only issue I have is that the exterior thumb latch does not have a lot of travel and is not really smooth or solid feeling. It works, I am just maybe a little particular.

These are economical not cheaply made product. I've purchased these before and have had them on the doors for years. Yes, they are not high end and should not be compared to high end lock sets. However...they are of very good value for the money. No paint has faded or chipped and they are functioning well...they have seen a lot of use.

Terrible. Do not buy. I bought it in September and it lasted maybe 3 months. I have had to periodically mess with it because it keeps getting jammed. Now it won’t unlatch at all from the inside. Complete garbage. I would give zero stars if I could. Do yourself and spend a little extra for something better. You get what you pay for with this one.

It looked great. The only issue is that when you unlock the door, the key doesn’t pull straight out — you have to turn it again to extend the bolt before it releases. It’s just not functional for our needs, so we’re returning it.

I will sadly be returning this product. Unfortunately the handle is too long for our existing hole set up on our door. Solely our fault and should have realized it before purchasing. I’m disappointed that we have to return it. It is beautiful.

If I could give it less than 1 star I would. Less than a year later it’s broken and entirely unusable. Don’t waste your money.
