First go of mate, and this is pretty great. No idea if it's better or worse than any other mind you!The suggested ratio of tea to water is pretty hardcore, I had to reduce it dramatically to meet my taste.And the taste? Nothing quite like it. It starts off tasting like a high tanin green tea, then on the second sip you get deep flavours and smoke, almost like an agave based spirit.The caffeine is interesting, it doesn't smack you like coffee, it's subtle but equally strong.The package is enormous really, with my weaker taste it should last a while!

It is ok, second time I bought Yerba Mate. However, the taste is just ok, nothing very nice. I found Playadito also from Amazon much nicer, much more interesting taste
