Comfortable. Work well in or out of water. Good weight, feel the effect but don't drag.

The item was okay until the weight broke inhalf.

These weights are easy to put on, dry quickly and you can feel the weight in the water. Very good value, can assist in strengthening your legs or arms. Sorry no picture I wear them in the water for my aqua fit class.

I use them in aqua aerobics to up the resistance. Perfect and better than dumb-bell water weights as they're hard to manoeuvre in some movements we make. Easy to dry out as the weight comes out of its cover. I have to wear one higher up my arm as I like to use my fitbit in exercise. Good value

Worked great for three aqua sessions then velcro strap broke. There seems to be no way of getting a refund so extremely disappointing

Excellent aqua bands used with my hydro clients.

These are great, used on my ankle for aqua fit classes, very comfortable and good fit. After squeezing out excess water I pop on washing line or top of radiator to dry.

Bought for my daughter for Artistic Swimming training. The first time she put them on, the Velcro strap came apart. It has only been glued together rather than sewn. Very disappointing as the rest of the product is ideal. We are keeping hold of them in the hope that they can be sewn together.

Poids très pratiques. Ils tiennent bien à la cheville ou aux poignets. La matière est ok pour être mouillée. Ma fille nage avec. Je conseille de “jouer” un peu pour les assouplit avant de les mettre à la cheville ou poignet, car sinon ils peuvent craquer. En assouplissant, pas de pb.

El único inconveniente que le veo es que cuesta muchísimo secarse después de usarlas, y en invierno veo que será muy complicado que se sequen completamente si no es poniéndolas cerca de fuentes de calor. Pero en general están muy bien, resisten bien al colocarlas y al movimiento dentro del agua. Ayudan mucho en el aumento de musculatura.

I use these for aqua aerobics and they are great unless I am moving fast. I have to put on really tight so they don't jiggle. They have weight bags inside, which is helpful when you want to dry them, but I do need to keep making sure they are not coming out of the out casing when I move quickly.
