Love this! It tastes good and you end up feeling awake but somehow mellow due to the ashwaganda. Really recommend if you’re wanting a little break from coffee stimulants and to feel a little chill.

This is strong! I’m usually not sensitive to caffeine, I drink coffee in the morning and celcius like it is water but something about this make me wired for hours.The taste could be improved, it tastes like regular black coffee.

I recently tried this instant coffee and was pleasantly surprised. It tastes just like freshly brewed coffee. Quick, convenient, and delicious. Highly recommend!

Coffee's great but a bit pricey.

I’ve been drinking this coffee for a couple years now and I love it! Iced or hot it’s great. It mixes well, has a great taste and the best part is there’s no jitters. I used to have really bad jitters/anxiety when drinking caffeine, so bad that I gave up caffeinated coffee and would only drink decaf. Strong coffee has been a game changer, it gives me all the energy and waking up powers I love of coffee but without the negative side effects!Hot coffee is as easy as pouring in your hot water, for iced coffee I use a small amount of warm water to dissolve the powder and then add ice/cold water and it’s ready to go!

This last batch smells and tastes honestly bad. I'm done with this product.Update: I gave one of the packets to a friend of mine to try, and he said he almost puked. I tried another packet and it smelled even worse once I poured hot water. Unfortunately, Amazon won't refund or replace this.

I’ve had this coffee before and loved it. From the taste to how it made me feel. I regularly drank it for months. I took a long break from it to cut back on costs, but decided I wanted to start drinking it again. I was so excited to get this, but was beyond disappointed. It was disgusting. I’m sure it’s just the batch and I hate to leave a negative review because I love the company, but maybe pull the batch I got. It doesn’t taste like a coffee problem more of a problem with maybe too much of one of the other components. I’ll try purchasing again because from previous experience it’s been great and I’m really craving the taste I know it is supposed to have.

[Edit] I wrote directly to the company and they responded after a few days, acknowledging that there was a problem with an unstable (but safe) batch of bitter Lion's Mane. They are sending me a new packet.This is the second time I’ve ordered Black Strong Coffee. The first batch was delicious so when it was nearly used up, I ordered a second. The taste is completely different – quite unpleasant, and hard to characterize— somewhere between extremely bitter and soapy. I notice that this product is not returnable. Disappointing because it’s quite expensive for an envelope of instant coffee.
