On the other side, it's timeless hits from Paul McCartney & Wings, Elton John, and Thin Lizzy, plus 70s Rock rebels; The Runaways with their raucous 'Cherry Bomb'. LP 2 begins with a belter - Meat Loaf's enduring Rock Opera 'Bat Out Of Hell', featured here in it's full length 9 minute-plus version - followed by masterworks from Emerson, Lake & Palmer and Electric Light Orchestra. Side B is full of the finest Pop Rock from U2, ZZ Top, and the universally loved smashes, 'Eye Of The Tiger' and 'The Final Countdown'. Ram Jam's iconic 'Black Betty' rounds off this side. The final LP begins with the perfect pairing of Fleetwood Mac's Folk Rock 'Don't Stop' and Journey's 'Don't Stop Believin'. Perfect Mix to play on my first record player!!
Recently I purchased my first record player. I wanted the perfect record to jam to with it. But was undecided on which one to get. Luckily this has EVERY rock hit on it. I love it. Along with that great vinyl sound. It's perfection.

Good mix of songs, decent pressing
The media could not be loaded. This is for the 2022 vinyl release. It was first a 4-CD set, so of course it's been whittled down considerably to fit on this 3-LP set.Overall it's a nice collection that varies from soft rock to heavy metal, but also seems put together by someone throwing darts at a wall of songs. But I knew that from the list, so I'll give it a pass.It's a good pressing and sounds fine, but the volume is low so turn it up. The album was shipped in an lp mailer and arrived perfect. The jacket is enlarged to hold all three discs comfortably and they come in poly-lined inner sleeves.

Now thats what I call not rock
I made the mistake of buying this cd without looking at track listing. Some of the artists on here dont belong on here. Especially that x's and o's song by Ellie King. But there a few that are worth my time like Seether, Breaking Benjamin and Red Sun Rising. Please dont waste your time with this compilation.....truly disappointed
