Excellent substitute for the real thing!
I have used this in place of sugar for a number of recipes now, and have been impressed with how similar it tastes; it's not 100% identical (there is a slightly "cool" sensation when tasting the raw product, but when used in baking etc this isn't particularly obvious) but the results have been great so far. No chemical aftertaste as per other artificial sweeteners so very pleased on the whole, I'll certainly be buying another bag once this one runs out.

This is the second batch we have purchased and we are exceptionally happy with the product. Goods arrived exactly as advertised. The taste is very nice and none of the other family even know that I am using this instead of sugar. Has no strange aftertaste like with other sugar substitutes. Can highly recommend if you are looking for a sugar alternative.

Have been buying this a few times. Granulated erythritol is great for baking and I like that the one from Hoosier Hill Farm is not from China, like most others.

superb looks like weighs like and taste like sugar will have no problem in purchasing more if like me just been told i'me a type 2 diabetic i had three spoons sugar in my tea now have 3 spoons of this very happy

I bought this with a view to replacing sugar in my coffee. I would prefer to use Xylitol but it has an unwelcome effect on the digestive system! Erythritol would, I hoped m be the perfect sugar substitute but, sadly, not only did it not sweeten my coffee but it actually made it taste pretty revolting. Eaten neat off the spoon there’s an initial burst of sweetness but that quickly fades. Disappointed, and can’t think of any other use for it so it’s going in the bin.

This is the best Erythritol I've ever had. Doesn't cause mucus in the throat when mixed with fats, which real quality Erythritol shouldn't do. Pure taste. Really outstanding compare to other bigger name brands on the market.
