Talking clock
For a person with visual limitations, this clock is perfect. We have 3 throughout our home; and I may purchase 2 more for the shop and garage. Our home is once again peaceful and quiet⌠no more continuous yelling, âWhat time is itâ?

No Decipherable Directions
Neither I nor anyone I asked to help me can figure out how to put this together and operate it, which is astounding, since it is so small. Too bad, because the design is perfect for hitting when you just want to know what time it is. That is why I got it.

Very disappointing
My sister is deaf in one ear and sleeps poorly because sheâs afraid she will oversleep her alarm. I am always on the lookout for an alarm loud enough to wake her from a deep sleep. I was seduced by this part of the manufacturerâs description: âVOLUME CONTROL - Our Talking Button Clock comes with a volume control wheel. This is extremely useful for elderly living with hearing loss as it allows for a louder volume if neccessary.â I was sorely disappointed.First, there is no volume control wheel. There is simply a small switch that allows you to move between High and Low. Whoever thought this would be loud enough for someone with hearing loss must have the most sensitive hearing imaginable. Even set on high this is not loud enough for me (as an alarm), with normal hearing, let alone someone with a hearing impairment. Pushing the buttons on my microwave oven to set a time is louder than this. The little song my âwhisper quietâ dishwasher makes to let me know the cycle is finished is louder than this. The chime my dryer makesâŚyou get the idea. This is not appropriate for someone with hearing loss. That aside, the voice that states the time, etc. is pleasant. There are no instructions included with the clock and Iâm not sure it would be particularly intuitive for someone not experienced with this type of a device to figure out. If I had chosen this for my elderly aunt I know I would have to set it up first so that all she had to do would be to press the button. I think she would find it far less work to simply say âAlexa, what time/day/month is it? Or, Alexa, remind me to take my pills at eight am.â I think you can find a better investment for your $25.

Date and Time
I love this item. Somedays I can't remember the date and all I have to do is push the button and it gives me the date and time.. this item is a must if a person tends to forget the date often like myself.. I highly recommend it
