A bit too big for my purpose, but a good quality

50/50 chance they're moldy already
Not sure why, but I've had 50/50 luck with these, where one of the shallots was damaged, started to mold and then the others are just touched with mold too.When there aren't any issues, they are absolutely fantastic though in a risotto, stew or saucy food.

Lovely shallots
Used these in sauce for lovely sweet onion flavour. They were stronger than usual but that was fine. firm shallot and kept well.
