Good product would defo recommend

Worked wonderfully
With this I was able to create my own gluten free scone recipe and it's great. Just like a real scones for texture and flavour.

Quick delivery
Was impressed how quickly ìt arrived...about 5 days earlier than estimated. Have never used this ingredient before so cannot compare it but it stopped my gluten free cake from being too dry .

Speed of delivery
Fast speedy service... first time I’ve used this product and found it excellent.... only need a tiny amount to thicken sauces ..... will definitely buy this product again

Not food grade
Nowhere on this page or on the packet does it make it clear this is not food grade. However, on the back it says ‘for use in creams and gels’ so we can only presume it is not safe for use in food.

Standard product that is a good thickener.

Great
This stuff is so weired, but it does exactly as it is supposed to do, it came fast as well.You only need a very small amount each time.

Not bad, not great!
Only used a few times as it either makes no difference or seems to makes a wobbly, jelly like mess. Really tried and was careful with it (I'm a decent enough cook)
