Ok guys please understand that this product is for cleaning SILVER JEWELLERY only!! Don't be putting your diamonds, sapphires or other gemstones and materials in there and then complain it hadn't done the job you expected!It is an excellent product if you follow the instructions. After rinsing and drying your silver be prepared to put a little effort in polishing the silver up to the level of shine you require. The Town Talk Silver Polishing Mitts do this job superbly well and I wouldn't be without them.

I've been looking for a decent jewellery cleaner for some years now and read the reviews for this and thought I'd give it a try.This product is brilliant! really easy to use, very quick (most items cleaned in two minutes in the solution) and jewellery is super clean and sparkly. I have used this cleaner both on silver, gold and rings with many precious stones in and nothing has been damaged by it.Once you immerse your jewellery into the basket inside the container you leave it for two minutes, for more stubborn items there is a little brush included. You then rinse your jewellery in water and polish with the cloth provided then voila! Replace when liquid is cloudy, although I must have used mine on over 20 separate occasions and no sign of cloudy liquid yet.

I am happy with the product, the only thing was the liquid was a bit too full, so I spilled it when opening it.

What an amazing product this is! No more cleaning cloths that always seemed a little greasy.. no more polishing till your fingers fall off! Just load up the little basket with your treasures, lower in to the clear solution and wait for 2 minutes.. then simply rinse under running water and buff with a soft cloth. I myself had a silver bangle that had been in the bottom of my jewellery box for years and had turned almost black (and I do mean black) three dips in to silver sparkle for 2 minutes each time... I could not believe it! restored to it's former glory.I highly recommend both this product AND the seller. I received my purchase 3 days after ordering and would not hesitate to buy from them again.

I have quite a lot of old silver jewellery lying in my jewellery box which had gone black and hadn't been worn for many years. I never dreamed that anything would bring the jewellery back to life, let alone to it's original sparkling state but this miracle solution did! The polishing cloth just buffs it up after it's been cleaned with the solution and adds that final sparkle. All my old jewellery has been restored to it's former glory and I'm very happy! Do be careful you don't get the solution on any stainless steel sinks or other metals though as it can damage it!! There is only a very small warning about this on the lip of the box.

I found this product cleaned my good silver jewellery but on the cheaper stuff that had discoloured it didn't make any difference even though I cleaned it twice. It's easy to use but hard to take off the clear cover without spilling it.

Excellent product

Never mind the health warnings, this stuff works! I have just used it on some badly tarnished (well, black) silver, which is the reason I bought the cleaner in the first place, and it has cleaned it beautifully in just a couple of minutes.As far as the health concerns are concerned, it is a product I will use once in a blue moon and therefore the risk is probably negligible. According to the packaging the product contains hydrochloric acid and thiourea, and if you are going to use it a lot protective gloves would likely be in order.

Aunque es bastante pringoso su manejo, es muy bueno el resultado. Yo me pongo siempre guantes para utilizarlo.

Best jewelry cleaner I have ever used!

説明書通りにやればとてもキレイになりました。かなり汚いシルバーアクセを試したら新品並みにキレイになりました。使用後は、ぬるま湯でしっっっかり落としたほうがいいですよ！軽く流してからシルバーアクセを着けたら皮膚が赤くなって痛痒くなりました。その後ちゃんと流してからはそんなことなかったです。

Would not recommend this product to anyone. It stained my jewlery and gave it an awful yellow-ish tint rather than brightening it. Solution was way too harsh and did more harm than good. I'm super dissapointed.
