Reginox RL301CW 1.5 Bowl White Ceramic Reversible Inset Kitchen Sink & Waste Kit

I bought this sink to replace a really tired ceramic sink/drainer I originally bought from Wickes (and have disliked since fitting, poor manufacturing).This is a great product with good design (larger than my previous). Good deep basin with overflow. Small centre basin is also a good size with an overflow into the main sink. Casting is well done and it is actually symmetric (not as my previous sink) so not only looks good it fits beautifully to my oak top. What really makes this a fantastic buy is the fittings that are shipped with it, really good quality and easy to fit to waste pipe. One word of warning, the tap hole. You need to make sure that you follow the instructions and knock it out from the front making sure that the sticker is correctly positioned. I made the mistake, after knocking the plug out, of chipping the edge of the hole clean from the back; this splintered off the ceramic surface on the front, Lucky for me it was not too bad as the base of the tap (together with a replacement white plastic washer) has hidden the surface damage; phew.

This is the second time we have bought this exact sink. We liked it so much we wanted it in our new house. It's a great quality sink and looks amazing. I DIY'd the install the second time. Watch out for the weight of this sink when manoeuvring it. It is HEAVY and unbalanced. If you're replacing an existing sink, you may find yourself cutting away more of the cupboard carcasses to accommodate it. The waste kit supplied only accommodates one appliance - if you have diswasher and washing machine, you will have to look at another waste or try and re-use what you have. Most importantly: the tap hole is a punch out. It is marked with a sticker. I recommend measuring the centre of the hole from the back to ensure that you start punching out in the middle. You also need to hit it HARD to make a start on the hole, which can be quite daunting. If you are re-using your tap from a stainless steel sink, make sure that the bolt is long enough as this sink is quite thick. I can't echo some of the comments about the quality of the waste kit that was supplied - it does the job more than well enough.

I'm really pleased with this sink, it is quite deep and the smaller sink is a really useful addition and used often.It is quite heavy so two people are recommended to install it.Because of its weight there is no need to clamp it to the worktop as it relies on its own weight to lay flat on the worktop.I put quite a lot a silicon sealent around the sink cut out on the worktop so it would spill out when the sink was lowered in place to ensure that it was sealed all the way round, I then removed the excess sealent to leave a very nice finish between sink and worktop.The only scary bit was knocking out the hole for the mixer tap, I looked on YOUTUBE for advice and information prior to beginning but I needn't have worried so much because when I used the hammer and punch as described in the literature that came with the sink, it came straight out and then I just had to widen the hole for the mixer tap.There was plenty of waste pipe bits and pieces but I still had to buy more to make it fit my particular layout but that isnt a negative as they can't expect all installations to be exactly the same.Great value four money and very quick delivery, highly recommended

I am leaving my original review below BUT I am delighted to say Wayfair have resolved my problem promptly. Within a few hours of contacting they got back to me and said they will replace the sink and went ahead with a new order. I await the new sink and will update accordingly but I am very happy with the customer service. The sink is really beautiful and I recommend it!Good recovery by Wayfair!!!first off, let me say this sink looks great and as good as the listing suggests. it's of a quality build BUT I had a carpenter and a plumber on hand to fit this sink the day after it arrived at great expense to myself: After quite a bit of working, the carpenter called me in to say he had thought the cupboards or our new worktop was off but he realized that it was the sink. It was considerably warped to the effect that it would not seat properly into the gap. it sits slightly higher up on the right dipping in the centre and up slightly left again on the left. installation is not the issue here as I wholly trust my tradesman who I have been using for years. the photo shows the warping notable above sink but not so clearly where it meets the engineered, level worktop.Problem is, installation has started and to anchor the sink correctly we will need to use adhesive or silicon which will be notable. Not what I would hope for with a kitchen I have invested a lot of money in!!I have contacted supplier (Saturday) and look forward to a resolution on Monday.

Bit of trouble with the template enclosed, as you have to cut round it and being folded, completely flatten. DONE over cut, there is very little edge. If you cut FULLY the worktop, so its edge-2-edge of a 600mm cabinet, it fits with 1mm to spare, assuming you have a 40mm worktop. Anything else and you will be taking out the cabinet side.Endorse others views, scary smashing out the tap hole, but it was in fact very easy.Waste kit is not as i have seen elsewhere, double ended, for 2 appliances. Its only for 1, however, everything enclosed and easily fitted, but you do have to silicon the sink heads & overflow pipe down to get water tight, don't reply on the white foam 'washer' supplied. -- would have lost a star for this, but the sink looks to good!!!!

Love this sink. .. Has rejuvenated my kitchen having replaced my tired old stainless steel sink. Looks great and good quality and value Having looked around on the Web and super value compared to the high street. Cannot fault the service from Wayfair who I bought it from. There was a small problem that one of the plugs ladled due to the rubber seal coming off. I contacted the company expecting to get a replacement plug. In only a couple of days I received the whole waste kit! Super after sales service.
