## Questions & Answers

**Q: Hi the light says it contains a high frequency ballast, but where should it be? Are there instructions for connection? Thanks**
A: The unit comes with instructions. There is a separation plate which hides the wiring so when you look from underneath you only see the tubes. The picture shows this sepation plate. There is a large space behind it. The unit has an electronic ballast mounted on the back of the separation plate from which the tubes are mounted. The ballast is noisy but once the diffuser cover is in place this attenuates the high frequency noise of the ballast. Once you have mounted the unit it simply requires a live and neutral connection (the unit is all plastic so there is no earth terminal). You make the live and neutral  connections to a terminal block which is also mounted behind the separation plate above the LED tubes.

A: I don't know as my electrician wired it.

Very bright light which was easy to that I have put in my loft.The first one I ordered had parts missing, the starters were not included in the pack. The light is a twin LED which has 2 starters attached to the inner part of the light and 2 LED tubes. Easy to assemble, although my electricians did this.

The product is primarily designed for external use but you can use it internally as I did. It works well but it does emit a high frequency noise so its not good in quiet areas.
