PERFECT fit, easy installation (but pay attention to the shape of the inner plastic BEFORE you take off the old one, and align correctly). It too me under 4 minutes to read the instructions and swap out the pads. I have used these replacements for a few months at work HEAVILY (call center) and they show no signs of wear.

My original ear pads on my Evolve 75 SE were pretty worn out, so I picked these up to give the headset some new life. I chose the bright orange version to complement the orange trim on the headband, and the color match looks great. The fit is nearly perfect. Installation took a little patience, but paying attention to the small circle on the side of the headphones helped me line everything up correctly before twisting the pads into place. The plastic mounting ring feels a bit slimmer than the OEM version, but I still had to press the foam inward while installing and twisting them into position. Comfort is very good. They're not quite as soft as the original pads, but after a 3-hour session they were still comfortable on my ears with little issues. No noticeable hotspots on my ears or hear. Overall, these are a solid value replacement pad set. Good fit, good color options, and a great way to refresh an aging headset.

I was worried about whether these would feel cheap or not. I use my headphones for 8+ hours a day. I contemplated buy a new pair of headphones when the earpads started flaking and wearing out. Ibstead I bought these. I do not regret it. They are 100% equal or better. Great purchase.
