Best Vitamin C on the Market
I've always been told of the superior ingredients and manufacting of Solgar vitamins and after being a consumer of their Vitamin C and Zinc for many years, I believe those reports to be true. Easy to swallow, gentle on the stomach, and to me, a great value for the money. I feel better, I don't get sick as often as others I know, and just feel all around healthier.

I have been using this vitamin c with rose hips for about 40 years . The best vitamin c out there. I take it every day and know it helps my immune system keeping me healthy. As I aged I went from 500 to 1000 daily.
