As a woman going through menopause , these are the best , I have tried several different types and always revert back to these , they are not cheap but they do work

These tablets have definitely helped reduce my hot flushes and therefore helped my sleep ! It's always hard to know what works for each individual, but I will carry on taking these as I feel am improvement in my health.
