This has made a huge difference to my quality of life. I have suffered with BMS for over 10yrs and it can really get you down. This supplement was recommended by my doctor and was easier to find here than running from store to store . Was a bit of a delay getting it but was here before I ran out.

Excellent for leg cramps

So this is a tough one, as I believe that all people react differently to the same products. I’ve been using this for a year now, related to my neuropathy. Although I cannot say for sure that it has gotten better, I can say that I’ve not noticed that it has gotten any worse, and considering how quickly I had been going downhill, that is amazing to me! I take one tablet in the morning, and another a night, as recommended by the doctor who performed my nerve test, and I seem to be holding my own (knock on wood).
