This doesn’t have as many settings as previous one but the heat intensity is great and covers more of my neck . It’s not as comfortable but definitely more sturdy. This is great for my head aches muscle tension along with ivo gel

Charging socket on appliance was broken. Cannot be charged. Useless.

Arrived next day so I cannot fault Amazon, but the product was not as expected.It says it is a massager, but it doesn't massage, instead it gives you tiny electric shocks, which are rather painful and was not at all what I was expecting.It was also faulty, in that it said it was fully charged, but if you took the charger lead out and put it back in again it went back on charge, so I was never sure if it was actually charged or not. I tried a different charger lead but it made no difference.Finally, the voice that tells you the mode and intensity was so quiet, with a strong Asian accent, so it was very hard to understand.Waste of money and is being returned.

It is good and does help with a sore neck. It initially feels strange because it uses electrodes, rather than a physical massager. But it helps for a good price. And can help relax your neck with the ticklish feeling and vibration. Would recommend it for you.

Its easy to use it's comfortable just don't turn it up to much cause the metal plates gets too hot

In the beginning, I thought it’s out of order without wearing on neck.Since put on neck, then switch on, it’s working properly. Feeling like some acupuncture needles. Pretty relax and heating is very useful.Downside is battery do not last too long, around 20mins with heating on.
