I have used it twice and i’m not sure if it helps lift the dirt. You still have to use elbow grease and kitchen cleaner. It’s a bit of a gimmick not sure if it was the right decision TBH.

Arrived on date stated, only one thing could be done and that is to make water & vinegar guide lines clearer.

This really does work and it is well worth the money. Just add water and vinegar and away he goes!

Pretty rubbish really. The plastic is too thick for you to be able to see the liquid inside and therefore it makes it impossible to see when the liquid is up to the measuring lines. I took an educated guess and ended up with the liquid all over the floor of the microwave which caused more cleaning than the actual intended use. Avoid in my opinion.

Was sceptical about this product, but it really does work!

The product recommends 6 minutes for an 800w microwave well my closest setting is 750 and after 3 minutes 20 seconds the microeave started to make funny noises and when I looked the plastic looked like strikes of lightning. I unplugged the microwave immediately because it was starting to smell like burning. After 20 minutes I opened the door and took the crazy chef out and all the water had evaporated. I’m not sure how it would have lasted 6 minutes as suggested. So now I still have a dirty microwave which is now renderoued useless as there’s evidence it caught fire (thank god I didn’t leave it unattended).From now on I’ll not be lazy and stick to good old fashioned elbow grease when cleaning my new microwave
