Wusthof Classic Super slicer 26cm

Very nice piece im very impressed with this knife

The knife is very large, and the serrated edge is very sharp meaning you can cut most things to a very fine width. It is weighted nicely and feels like a good quality.However it isn't very versatile and it cuts at unpredictable angles on thicker foods. Arguably, I might be trying to cut too big or hard things (potatoes for example) but when I do, the cut slides a lot and I end up with lots of irregular pieces. It could just be my poor cutting style but I don't have this issue with other knives.Having said all that, I will keep it in my regular cycle of knives.

Sharp

I make my own bread and the usual sized bread knife just wasn’t long enough. This knife is perfect, worth the money. I also use it to slice roast meat, it is really versatile - very very sharp be careful.

Love this knife, far better than a bread knife. Light and slices without effort. Will be buying more Wustof.
