This hood is really good value for money looks great and light from it is good too. Very happy with this product.

The cooker hood is great - very stylish and great value for money, instructions aren’t great but with a little thinking and time it’s easy enough to install. Comes with a fab aluminium washable grease filterCustomer service is excellentOnly thing that it’s brilliant is the confusion regarding the filter needed, whether it can be used with the aluminium grease filter or needs additional carbon filter (not included and needs to be purchased separately) is still a mystery to me but that might just be me being a bit dimOverall great product and would recommend

Had an electrician install it and he seemed to do it without any issue. A little bit noisy on the full setting but that wasn't a deal breaker for me. Been in use for well over a year and is still working well.

I bought this for my kitchen before Xmas. Didn’t get round to opening the box and actually doing the kitchen until March. Found I’d bought the wrong size, paid the postage to send it back, got a refund and bought the one I needed. the supplier didn’t have to accept the return as it was well over the return date. So thank you. It’s now up, looks great, a little noisier than I wanted but it does its job, and u won’t find a better price for the look of this

Item arrived early to the expected delivery date, but when I opened the box to carry out the installation, I discovered that the glass canopy was completey destroyed and was in thousands of pieces in the bottom of the box. I didn't need to take any part out or remove any of the packaging to see this. Item resealed and returned for a refund. Wonder how long that will take.Off to Currys now to buy one I can actually see first.

Had this a few months now. Great value for money so much better than the previous extractor at almost twice the price. Easy to install as a replacement. Very pleased with it

Delivered really fast, instructions not helpful at all, our socket is standard one near the worktop and no easy way of moving the lead towards it and nothing in instructions at all about the lead, so have the lead trailing down the wall and fixed with cables clips. Sides of chimney exceptionally sharp, 3 cuts and lots of blood to prove the sharpness, and screws too big to fit sides of chimney to hold in place. After 2 hours it's up and does look good. Not very noisy, no worse than the tumble dryer, not sure yet if the effort and injuries were worth it. Seller/suppliers to review the instructions and make them clear.
