Comes with a bonus little holder for 4 game cards.This is a great little thing for getting the controller to work with your switch. The OTG cable is for when you want to use the switch without connecting it via the base unit. The cable does come out the bottom, which makes standing the switch up hard.... but you can get around that by balancing the switch on a pile of books (or something) each side, so that the cable can exit in the midddle between the two piles.I've only tried it with a Wii U pro controller, but it's really promising that it could work with other controllers. The scheme for switching controllers is actually printed in short on the unit, so you don't need to remember the small but decent instruction leaflet.. which tells you which colour light corresponds to which controller type.Having a full-sized controller is much better for an adult than the tiny joy-cons.... hopefully it will also give me a bit less wear and tear on those controllers.

I bought this to connect my Wii U Pro Controller to the Nintendo Switch, after my JYS NS-130 adapter failed. This one works perfectly with the latest Nintendo Switch software firmware 8.10, straight out of the box, I didn't need to update the MAGIC-NS firmware at all. You just need to make sure that the adapter is set to the Switch mode, which is the red light. You will need to hold the button down for 5 secs to change the mode, while the adapter is plugged in.

The Mayflash adapter included in the bundle must be updated with the latest firmware before used to get the best experience. What i liked about the adapter was that i could use my wired controllers on the Nintendo Switch with no input lag what so ever (I have only tested XBOX 360 and PS3 wired) but I only got one wireless controller working on the Nintendo Switch which was the Nintendo Wiimote with the Classic controller plugged into it. I tried my PS3 controller to get it to work wirelessly but i had no luck (I don't know whether this is my PS3 controller - it could be fake because it is a blue one - or my adapter).NOTE: TO GET THE WIRELESS XBOX 360 CONTROLLER YOU NEED TO PURCHASE A SEPARATE ITEM FOR THEM CALLED A "WIRELESS RECEIVER". - This is what made me upset because i initialy thought you could use the XBOX 360 controller straight away but it seems like you have to purchase another item.

I thought I'd give it a try after reading reviews online and i wasn't disappointed.I have an old Wii U Pro controller which I didn't use anymore and two sets of joycons but wanted to play 3 player Arms on the Nintendo Switch with my kids without one of them having to give up a 'puncher' as they call them.Works really well synced up first time, only downside I can see is that my wii u Pro controller doesn't have NFC or HD rumble, but I'm not bothered about that because both my pairs of joycons do. So it's £20 for this or £50 Plus for a switch Pro Controller in my eyes it was a no-brainer

I originally ordered this but it turned out I needed the NS 2 to connect an xbox one controller to the Nintendo Switch. The customer service was quick and very helpful in getting the correct product which works brilliantly, taking barely a minute to set up, connect, and start playing! Very happy.

works great, no input lag( or at least not noticeable), simple to use, works with most of the controllers out there. The only controller that did not work for me was the razer raiju.Other than that, this is a perfect replacement for the switch pro controller.

Fantastic device. Was quickly able to wirelessly connect my PS4 controller to my Switch and it played very nicely. No lag and much better than using the JoyCons. Just a shame you can only connect 1 controller per adapter but still highly recommended!

Bought this to use on my switch.works perfectly,it was not set up for the switch (red light flashing) but this easily changed.easy to sync controllers and change controllers with it.much cheaper than buying official Nintendo controller and works just as well.just need to figure out a way to charge ps3 controller without using the console.

Werkt super makkelijk, in de docking van de switch prikken knopje indrukken tot je de juiste kleur hebt wat compatibel is met je Joypad en spelen maar.

Esta genial, funciona perfectamente y es muy sencillo de usar, solo hay que conectarlo y darle al boton para situral el led en el color correspondiente a tu mando.Yo lo compre para usar mi mando de Xbox 360 en la Switch para juegos tipo Zelda, Fifa, etc.. ya que los Joy-con son muy pequeños para mis manos y vi mas practico comprar esto que gastarme el dinero en otro mando.La unica pega es que solo me funciona si uso el pad inalambrico que se ve en la foto (porque lo uso en PC tambien y es una lata andar cambiandolo de sitio), crei que tambien funcionaria utilizando el cable de carga del mando pero bueno, nada grave realmente.Y me ha gustado que el vendedor me haya avisado por correo de que hay una nueva actualizacion para el firmware y como actualizarlo paso a paso. 10/10

Ich benutze das Gerät um einen Wii U Pro Controller am PC und an der Switch zu verwenden. Beides funktioniert tadellos, allerdings ist die Bedienung etwas fummelig, da alles über einen sehr sehr kleinen Knopf geregelt wird. Hat man das aber einmal hinter sich, macht das Gerät genau das, was man erwartet.Neben dem kleinen USB-Kabel (womit sich das Gerät auch am kleinen USB-Anschluss der Switch Bildschirms anschließen lässt) und der praktischen Box für Switch Spiele liegen auch durchsichtige Sticker bei, die man sich neben die Tasten kleben kann, um mit der Tastenbelegung nicht durcheinander zu kommen. Brauche ich jetzt nicht, ist aber eine süße Dreingabe. Auch ist eine kleine Anleitung und eine Tabelle mit allen Tastenbelegungen beigelegt. Das Paket enthält also alles was man braucht.Controller die ich getestet habe: Dualshock 4 (PS4), Xbox 360 (kabellose), Xbox One (ohne Bluetooth), Xbox One (die neuere Version mit Bluetooth), WiiU Pro, Joy Cons (am PC)Kurze Hinweise:Xbox One Controller lassen sich kabellos nur über Bluetooth verbinden, was ältere Modelle allerdings noch nicht haben.Kabellose Xbox 360 Controller lassen sich nicht verbinden. Ein USB-Kabel reicht hier nicht, es funktionieren nur kabelgebundene 360-Controller.Xbox One Controller ohne Bluetooth lassen sich aber mit einem normalen USB Kabel an der Rückseite des Sticks anschließen.An der Switch empfehle ich den "Nintendo Switch Pro" Modus, da hier auch die Vibrationsfunktion der Controller unterstützt wird. Und beim Playstation 4 Controller funktioniert hier sogar die Bewegungssteuerung.Damit der Switch Pro Modus funktioniert, muss man in den Systemeinstellungen unter "Controller und Sensoren" die Option "Kabelverbindung Pro Controller" auf "Ein" stellen.Der Stick funktioniert nicht an der PS4 oder Xbox One (womit ich auch nicht gerechnet habe, aber probieren kann man es ja dennoch mal).Da es mich auch ein bisschen Zeit gekostet hat zu verstehen, wie es funktioniert, erläutere ich das kurz:Man verbindet seine Controller mit dem Stick und der Stick gibt sich als Controller aus. Dadurch kann man mehrere Controller mit diesem Gerät verbinden, beide werden dann allerdings wie ein einzelner Controller behandelt. Man bräuchte also für jeden Spieler einen dieser Sticks. Andererseits kann man so auch beide Joycons von der Switch am PC genauso nutzen, wie an der Konsole.Im Gerät ist eine farbige LED. Die Farbe der LED zeigt, in welchem Modus der Stick gerade ist. Es gibt 5 verschiedene:Blau: PS3 oder PC Dinput (für PC nicht empfehlenswert, allerdings für die Playstation 3)Rot: Nintendo SwitchGrün: Xinput (die beste Wahl für PC)Lila: Nintendo Switch ProGelb: Neogeo MiniEs kommt darauf an, wo man den Controller anschließen möchte. Generell kann man jeden Controller bei jeder Farbe verbinden. Wechselt man den Modus/Farbe, verbindet sich der synchronisierte Controller automatisch neu. Die Farbe sagt aus, was der Stick an das Gerät "weitergibt". Soll der Stick einen Switch Controller simulieren, dann wählt man rot, soll er er einen PS3 Controller simulieren, dann den blauen Modus, will man PS3, Joycons oder 'nen Wii U Controller am PC nutzen, nutzt man den grünen Modus, da er dann vom PC wie jeder andere Xinput Controller behandelt wird.Dabei spielt es auch keine Rolle in welchem Modus man den Controller synchronisiert. Einmal verbunden, kann der Controller dann in jedem Modus verwendet werden.Es gibt zwei verschiedene Switch Modi. Einmal Switch (rot) und Switch Pro (lila). Mit Switch Pro ist der Pro Controller gemeint, der auch Bewegungssteuerung bietet. Aber er hat noch eine Besonderheit, denn man kann für diesen Controller im Switch Menü einstellen, dass die Daten über das USB-Kabel und nicht Kabellos übertragen werden. In diesem Modus werden dann auch Vibrationen und die Bewegungssensoren der PS4-Controllers unterstützt (zumindest an der Switch).Hmm, ok, das ist jetzt mehr eine Anleitung als Rezension geworden. Aber um zum Abschluss zu kommen: Das Gerät funktioniert einwandfrei. Es wurde zwischendurch auch immer wieder aktualisiert. So wurden der Switch Pro Modus (für Vibrationen und Bewegungssteuerung) und der NEOGEO Mini Modus per Softwareupdate nachgeliefert, was ich dem Herrsteller hoch anrechne.Eigentlich wollte ich, wegen der fummeligen Bedienung, einen Stern abziehen. Aber bei den vielen Möglichkeiten, dem Softwaresupport (das Updaten ist wirklich kinderleicht) und dem geringen Preis, empfinde ich das als unfair.
