Where do I buy extra mop heads? The whole purpose I am buying is because the mop heads are thicker.

I purchased the package with the 6 extra mop heads and the brush attachment.

The cleaning side doesn't spin even when "unlocked"

Is the mop correctly in the bucket? I noticed that sometimes the mop doesn't spin if not properly in place.

Why don't you offer replacement parts, especially the mop head and handle? You claim that this mop head doesn't scratch floors like other brands!
