this product is very good for layering a terrarium for filter layering as it lets the plants grow through it but it is good value as well as it may sound small in size but you can shape it easily and widely and gave me more than I needed but is also good to use for plants.

Great drainage layer
Great for vivariums that need a drainage layer. Use this with my tree frogs vivarium so that the substrate doesn't become to boggy with the daily misting.
