First and foremost, the customer service for this product was the best I've ever experienced. I had a missing pullstring nib as well as some other concerns, but I was greeted with a personal message from the company to address my issues. The company reached out to me, without me even notifying them, and they asked how they could make things right. They went above and beyond my expectations. Pros: Is in fact water resistant Fits a 17" laptop + charger Tons of pockets, with much more space than I expected Luxurious interior, feels extremely high quality and very visually pleasing Fits a 40oz hydroflask (it's a little snug but gets the job done) Cons: Did come with a missing pullstring nib, but this was fixed by the seller! The water resistant material does make a rubbing noise when you walk against your clothing The straps are a little lacking on padding, but unless you're hiking in this thing, you'll be just fine I recommend this product! Great backpack for traveling and school life.

Great upgrade! The drawstring design looks sharp and the storage capacity is impressive. I was worried it wouldn't live up to my previous tech bags, but it’s actually more spacious and looks even better. Perfect for work or traveling.

I don't normally write reviews but this backpack was just put to the test. I got this bag for graduate school as I will hopefully be moving from a desert to the PNW. I needed something rain resistant, sturdy, compact, and theft proof. Over the weekend I was in a rollover crash (I'm okay dw) with this backpack in my car. My work laptop and some important loose papers were in it. I was wearing my seatbelt but the backpack was not. My things hadn't even seemed to shift and nothing had fallen out. My laptop is also completely fine. What's more, it was snowing heavily and my back window was shattered leaving this backpack to be snowed on for about 2 and a half hours before I could retrieve it. And it wasn't even damp on the inside. My biggest worry about the bag had been that I wouldn't be able to fit my 32 oz Ozark water bottle in the side pockets, and it's a tight fit but it works! This also did not fall out during the crash. So all and all, excellent quality backpack. Compact with enough padding to protect your laptop being thrown around. As close to waterproof as you'll get besides carrying around a dry-bag. Many secure pockets for organization. And can hold onto a water bottle.

I have been using this for school and honestly it can fit a lot of stuff in there and it is very sleek. However, the Velcro to hold the laptop can get worn out pretty quickly and I am halfway through the school year. Other than that I can say it's a pretty good backpack with a decent price.

The bag has a very stylish design with with great space. I chose this one over similar options because of the sections inside.

This backpack suits me well for law school. It fits my laptop, iPad, notebooks and has pockets for water bottles, my phone, pencil case and more. The material and seams are strong to take the weight. The straps are cushioned so my shoulders are comfortable.
