totally solidified and thick layer of oil on top
item arrived with a really thick layer oil on top. I'm aware oil can separate in peanut butter so you just need to give it all a good stir. the product says it's in date until 29th October 2023 ( americanised date format on the side of jar) blimey I couldn't even get this to mix up as it was totally solidified!! I tried for a good few minutes using various kitchen utensils to see if I could get it to mix into some sort of usable paste but sadly I had no hope. and I hurt my elbow in the process as I was having to stir it so hard trying to get it to mix up. this is my first purchase of this product so I'm really not impressed as it's not cheap either.
