So far so good, we have had this thing for a couple of weeks now! This is one of those toys that I was VERY skeptical about spending this much money on but my son really really wanted. Fair warning, you WILL be dealing with untangling the line pretty often so be prepared for that. My son is 6 and he is able to untangle it himself most times. He has figured out, for the most part, how to play with it without getting his line tangled. It comes with a mini screwdriver to take the front cover off, then you can easily assess and manage the tangled line from there! Love that it’s rechargeable. Perfect size for his little hands! Very easy to shoot and reel back in. It’s held up so far and my son has taken it outside many times. Very cute gift for any spider man loving child!

My kid absolutely loves this. We bought this for him for Christmas and was so excited to try it out. His older brother had a blast trying it out, as well as everyone else. We love the retrack on it. He's only had one small tangle but that was his error with how he was handling it. I would definitely recommend for any boy/man or any spiderman fan. Lots of fun!

My 10-year-old son was really excited to get this web shooter, especially because he wanted to use it to pull lightweight objects toward him and open doors or cabinets like a superhero. While the toy is definitely fun and can shoot an impressive distance, it didn’t work quite as well for those purposes as we had hoped. The biggest drawback is that the suction cup is attached to the shooter with a magnet and tends to detach easily. Because of this, it’s difficult to get enough grip to reliably pull objects or open doors and cabinets. That said, my son still enjoys playing with it and was impressed by how far it shoots. The concept is cool, and it’s entertaining for imaginative play. However, considering the limitations and performance, I don’t feel the value is quite there for the price. Overall, it’s a fun novelty toy that kids will enjoy, but I would temper expectations if you’re hoping for strong suction or object-pulling capabilities.

Insanely fun to play with, read the other reviews and was worried about durability and tangling but so far haven’t experienced any of it but that depends on how you play with it, easy to use right out the box long battery haven’t seen it die throughout a full day use tho my only concern is that hurts like hell when the dart hits your fingers when you shoot it wrong so that’s my only major complaint but overall worth it and having lots of fun with it.

My 6 year old grandson saw this and I got a surprise shipment. He ordered it with my card linked to my account. He loved it so much I couldn’t get mad.

It broke almost the same day he started playing with it. I and my grandson was very disappointed. Too much of a hassle for us to return. Decided to just take the loss.

Hours of fun works well easy to untangle when it does get twisted

It is great because it looks cool and it works very well for the most part. It sometimes gets tangled and you have to be careful when firing it at some glass surfaces that are fragile. Would recommend buying it.

Bought as a Christmas present for my son. He really enjoyed playing with it until it stopped shooting at the full distance. It retracts the web very well but after about 1.5 hours of playing it doesn’t shoot the web more than a foot.

When it works it’s cool . String gets tangled easily then it won’t shoot past the knot . Happens often and you have to untangle it . Don’t make my mistake and take it apart . I couldn’t line up the teeth with the gears to get it work again . Virtually impossible to put back together because you’re doing it blindly once the cover goes on

Bought this for my 8 year old son. He usually is terrible at breaking toys but this much better quality and is lasting great. It comes with extra string too and my son is able to work it and change the sting out easily if it gets tangled. You can also use regular string. It only comes with 2 suction parts though and they can be easily lost.
