No documentation on what exactly the product was. I realistically wanted more due to the fact that this was a Christmas gift and therefore I had to explain what they were myself.Function:Quite simply they do their job, they fit OK considering they aren't sized and are definitely cut proof. I was worried about testing them at first due to the fact that I didn't want to break them, but after going at them with a knife with my hand in and out of the glove I now feel completely safe.
