Splat Complete/Semi Permanent Hair Colour Kit Neon Green

just tried this for the first time and its brilliant. My hair is very dark and the green came up very well. I am very impressed and would definite;y recommend it.

I brought this due to being in a pinch with money and unable to afford my usual dyes. My hair needed the colour topping up and I needed to do my roots so this seemed like the perfect solution!The bleach was a little thick and a pain to get out the bottle, but I'd suggest mixing it in a Tupperware box to get over this problem. The bleach worked a treat on my roots and on my hair (I applied a little on areas where the colour had faded so when Id apply the green it'd come out brighter)I made sure I rinsed all the bleach out as if you have some in your hair when you apply the colour it won't take or will come out patchy.I blow dried my hair then applied the green dye, using a wide toothed comb through my hair to make sure it was distributed evenly. I then left the dye on for a full hour and rinsed with cool water.To keep the dye bright, wash your hair with tepid water and use dry shampoo between washes. Hope this helps!

do not buy this product! waste of money! box came bashed and opened, the hair dye did not work at all, not the slightest bit green. The paraoxide bottle was all but empty. Absalute waste of money and time if you don't want to be scammed then I suggest you do not buy this product

It's alight, the purple lasts longer. Green will last about 2 weeks, showering every day. Then it turns into a very light green.

Worked great, has everything you need in the box, color lasted over a month, ended up buying more different colors.

First of all, I am a cosmology school graduate and have been dying my hair bright colors for over a decade. I have used every product you can imagine (Artic fox, Manic panic, Ion brights, Wella colorcharm etc.) and I know most stylists are so against Splat! But for me it's my absolute go-to. I would advise those who are not properly educated on bleach to heed this advice though...40 volume developer is not normally used, even for dark hair. It's extremely strong and WILL cause chemical burns if it gets on your scalp. Your hair MUST be dirty so your scalp has natural oils to protect your scalp. Secondly, DO NOT leave it on for long at all. I usually don't leave it on for more than 15 minutes and I have very dark hair. Do not overlap with already bleached hair. If you need to bleach again, cut the time down even more so you don't melt your hair. Use shimmer lights to tone out yellow tones and even a toner or color remover to avoid having to bleach again. Your hair needs to be white for the "neon green" or it will not take properly but most of the other colors will dye over the brassy orange tones just fine. Also, you really need to commit when using Splat. It lasts forever and stains the cuticle. You can easily transition between other bright colors once it fades a bit but it will not be your natural color any time soon. With all of this in mind, Splat ALWAYS delivers. The color is rich, vivid and has serious staying power. I get tons of compliments every time I use it and will forever be a Splat customer. The photo is while my hair is wet so it will dry much brighter!
