After a month or so use, I am still confused. First of all: order a rather light one. I thought that I am a big guy and 30 pounds is nothing... It is really heavy - and especially at the feat etc. you have to get used to it. Second: the cover is not really “cooling”. It seems quite warm. And the cover is a bit too unusual (texture) - I have ordered another one. The blanket also “evolves”. At the beginning it was much stiffer - but now it seems more “flowing” and you can even hear the microbeads “flowing”. For sure, it became now more comfortable. But as said, if I would buy it again, I would probably buy half of the weight. Does it take anxiety? Not sure - for a blanket it is heavy and “almost acts” like a big duvet, without being very warm. But even making your bed becomes a bit of a exercise.

The blanket itself was top quality, but their customer service really did it for me. I had an issue with my order and the team really help me until I was satisfied.

I was very desperate and had tried everything and anything to help my daughter with her nightmares, night terrors, and for just falling asleep in general. I had been told about weighted blankets before, but was skeptical. This has made a HUGE difference so far. She's been using it for two weeks now, and she hasn't gotten up in the night at all. Usually when she falls asleep and has a night terror, or wakes up from a nightmare, she has a hard time falling back asleep. The first night, she fell right asleep and stayed asleep! I couldn't believe it. I even tried it for myself, and I like it. Almost feels like a nice hug, but not too much. I recommend this product to anyone that has a child struggling with how to self soothe themselves!

The thing I like the most about this blanket is that it gives me the cozy feeling no matter how cold my room temperature is.
