Best tool (so far) for pulling keycaps.
It's well built and will last a long time, and does its job as designed, making it very easy to pull any keycaps off your keyboards. My one complaint is that you need to manually pull/push apart the tongs to be able to first fit them around a given key. It should be possible to design a keycap tool that only requires one hand.Still worth the small amount of money, and worth the 5 stars since it's as advertised and as pictured.

Keycap Puller
When I lost the keycap puller that came with my Ducky Shine 5, I thought I was in serious trouble. I contemplated buying a replacement, but wasn't crazy about the cost or my projected wait time for shipping and receipt. I decided to try this little number instead with great success. The key puller slid under the keys with ease and pulling the caps off was totally effortless. No damage, no difficulty. Exactly what I was looking for, and at a very reasonable price.

It works, Simple to use
It pulls keys out from your keyboard, not sure what else to say. Worked great for cleaning an old keyboard that was crusted with grime, dust and other unidentifiable gunk. Some tips make sure you take a photograph of your keyboard before you start pulling they out, in this way you know where they go.

One Solid Keyboard Keycap Removal Tool
I recently purchased a Das Keyboard Model S Ultimate Mechanical Keyboard for use at my office and am awaiting the Cherry MX Rubber O-Ring Switch Dampeners Blue 40A-R - 0.4mm Reduction (125pcs) which are scheduled for delivery tommorow. I received my "Mechanical Keyboard Wire Keycap Puller Tool" yesterday. The keycap puller has a firm plastic handle with two looped wire pieces projecting from the frame. When you use the tool you gently seperate the two wire loops and slide them over your key of choice. Once they drop below the edge of the key, gently pull up and tada, your key is seperated from your cherry-mx or other key switch. To put the key back on you gently press it back down onto the key switch ensuring that it is orientated correctly for the keyboard. The keycap puller has a very simple, stable, sturdy design that is sure to meet your keycap pulling needs. It tucks away neatly in your pen carriage of your desk or in your pocket if you regularly pull key caps off. It even has a hole that a key-chain ring or lanyard can attach to. It is well worth the small cost to own that is charged.

Junk
I can think of nothing to say about it that is anything complementary. I'm stuck with this as it in not returnable. Nice racket they've got going.

Tricky but once you get it down its better than the included plastic puller with my keyboard.
Got to admit at first I hated this thing. I have a CM Tenkeyless quickfire cherry mx blue switch keyboard, which I love by the way. It comes with a plastic key puller so I didn't even need this. However with the plastic puller you have to pull it in the dead center to pull evenly which is annoying. This is where I started to try to use this tool. So here is my advice to make the best use of this keycap puller. First (1) bend the wire apart till it almost slides over the top of the letter keys. Since they are angled the wire will open as you push down. 2) Once it bottoms out slightly twist so wire puller attaches to the diagonal corners. 3) Pull, now you can replace key or insert o-ring or whatever your intention is. This became a really quick nifty tool once I figured out the trick.By the way if you are looking for good O-rings without breaking the bank I found the following to be great for under 5 dollars:008 Buna-N O-Ring, 70A Durometer, Black, 3/16" ID, 5/16" OD, 1/16" Width (Pack of 100)

Simple Tool, Easy to Use
Works well. No complaints. To use it, place prongs on either side of the key you intend to pull out. Make sure wire loops are secure under key and start to wiggle the tool side to side. Key will pop off and stay on the tool. Push the key back in place until it snaps in.
