Are they sturdy enough to send in the post?

In my opinion they're not sturdy enough to send by post. They're just pieces of cardboard origami reaĺy with no form of sealant to add strength.

Is the bix bigger enough to hold mini cakesicle in them?

I'm not sure how big a mini cakesicle is but I can tell you that the cake boxes are quite small. You have to put them together yourself and they were too small to take everything but a very thin slice of birthday cake. Not worth buying in my opinion.

Are they big enough to hold a brownie slice ?

It depends on the size of the slice- the boxes made up measure 10 cm x 6.5 and 3.5 cm deep, which isn’t very thick.

are the boxes bio degradable ?

They are made of cardboard and I have always assumed cardboard was bio degradable?
