I purchased these to take following a course of completed antibiotics. I have no idea if they did anything but in theory they help repopulate your gut with good non pathogenic bacteria which antibiotics reduce or destroy. I would buy again should the need arise. Here's hoping I do not require antibiotics for anything.

Didn’t feel any difference but then I have a good diet anyway

I have tried many different probiotics over the last few years and these are among the best. I tried these when my previous best probiotics became unavailable. Given those were 30 strain/ 30bn CFUs per capsule, I was expecting these to be less effective and thought my discomfort, bloating etc would worsen. That hasn't happened in this last month and if anything my level of comfort and digestive functioning has improved. I think that all the preparations I have tried have tended to become less effective over time, so this one may be benefiting from being new to my system compared to my previous capsules. Anyway, these do seem good and worth a try.

Can't any difference at the moment

Bought these to combat my bleeding gums/disease. My research showed that Acidoplilus and brevis helps. This prohibitive has both. it's been 1 month and there is some improvement but it's still early days. The contain doesn't show the recommended dosage though. I take one a day.

Bought for my 10 and 12 yr olds, both had tummy problems. Since taking them they sometimes have the odd grinch but nowhere near as bad as before. I don't know if it's a placebo effect but it seems to really help them both. Costly but we'll worth it.
