Super useful for those who want irrigation and watering options!
I have multiple B-hyve products and recently purchased this to make my 4-head spigot timer more useful and accessible via wi-fi. It's basically plug and play. B-hyve's engineers have made the product smart when first setting up any new item, quick to update, and intuitive to set up. And I love that I can share ownership of the timers with others for one-time use, or as a co-owner to help manage the garden. Perfect products for home and industrial/commercial set-ups. Use this with any Orbit B-hyve timer that has wi-fi capability to access your timers from anywhere. And the 2nd generation is just so much more reliable and quick. Great job Orbit!

Solved Our Problem
We have eight flood sensors, with some 70 feet apart, on different floors, many walls in between, etc. With one hub, I was always getting notifications that one sensor or another had disconnected or re-connected. It was so annoying, I actually thought about disabling notifications, which would defeat the purpose of the sensors! I got this second hub and put one at each end of the house. It was very easy to set up, jumped online immediately, and no more notifications of disconnected sensors.

Easy to use; cumbersome for multiple timers and can be flaky
I bought this to use with my 4 outlet XD timer from Orbit, and I saw a number of reviews online complaining on how flaky it can be. After installing it in a convenient location away from the timer I did find that it struggled to connect to the timer and I had to resort to direct phone/app connection via bluetooth to the timer to control it. But after relocating this wifi interface to an outlet that is on the other side of the wall of where I installed the XD timer I found it worked almost 100% of the time, no more connection fails. The bhyve app interface needs some development, there are aspects that I think really need approving:-being able to control more than one timer from the main screen. If you have more than one timer unit (like two 4 port XDs) you need to flip from controlling one to the other, you can't view all 8 zones at the same time, this is poor planning.-Being able to re-order the outlet sequence for a program. Currently when you create a program for your 4 outlets you can only sequence them in numerical order, i.e 1,2,3,4 or 1,2,4 or 2,4. etc. You cannot run them out of sequence, like run 4 then 2, then 1, or 3,2,1 etc.

A disappointment
Clip which closes and is intended to hold the device in the A/C vent fails repeatedly. Removed the device and will simply keep phone on the passenger seat while driving until I find a quality replacement. My bad….but cheap, buy twice.
