How may one get the Peep sight to align straight when at full draw?

You need to take it to your local archery shop for them to adjust this. This is a common adjustment but it is not something a beginner does. Once the bow is properly adjusted the sight will be aligned for every draw. I hope this helps.

Yes. I’ve taken these bows to a few different archery shops and everyone that sees them or handles them is impressed. They all tell me this is a copy of a MISSION bow. I’ve bumped into the Mission bow and it’s the same thing. There is no part on this bow you will wear out that cannot be easily replaced by an experienced bow tech. First thing you will wear out will be the bow string, you’ll wear this out in a year or two depending on how much your kid shoots. All the regular archery accessories attach to this bow no problem. Will I be able to use my fingers instead of using the release?

Using your fingers is the fastest way to derail your bow. It can be done but not advisable.

Is there a draw chart for this somewhere, I am unable to find a manual online
