Q: Once added, how many miles does it have to be run for to get the benefit?

I can't say how many miles I did before I noticed the difference as I do very little mileage in my car. Approximately 3-4 months down the line is when I noticed the smoking had COMPLETELY disappeared. I guess you're likely to see an improvement in a shorter time frame if you do more mileage. This has literally saved me a serious amount of money.
