Does exactly what it’s supposed to do!
Use for my lace (wig talk here lol) to remove any excess bleaching products and I love it! The colour turns pink if there’s still product on the lace which I love! If you’re in the hair/wig game this is the one!!

Fantastic.
When all the pink is washed out and has turned to white foam, your hair is Neutralized. Relaxed hair, Bleached knots.

Will explode upon arrival!!!!!
Be warned the bottle will explode in the envelope. Thankfully, not all the product was wasted Definitely invest in packaging the item better. As for the product didn't leave my hair feeling soft after using neutralising shampoo which came with my relaxer but it did really clean my hair. My try what it's like when doing a normal hair wash routine. Product arrived after 2 weeks.
