Way too hard

The media could not be loaded. Been buying these Dental Sticks for a very long time. They had a batch issue which they say was resolved.BUT these new Dental Sticks with 2025 dates on them are even worse.It is totally impossible to break one in half (see video)My dog should only have half so total waste of money and they aren't cheap.Customer Service more or less called me a liar and wouldn’t replace or refund as I had opened the packet.Well obviously I had opened it to give one to my dog.Extremely bad customer service when an item is not fit for purpose.Avoid as if you get one of these bad packets they won't help you.
