Daler-Rowney Artist Brush Roll Black Storage Carrier Pouch, Ideal for Professional Artists & Students

This item was delivered very quickly and arrived in good condition. Pretty much exactly what I expected, very simple but just the job. The only issue i have with the product is that it is a little larger than I expected, but that was my own fault for making the silly mistake of not looking at the product dimensions. I do a lot of fashion illustration/drawing and so don't often use very large/thick brushes, which this case would be ideal for. However it still suits my smaller brushes just fine, i can fit 3-4 brushes into each little holder which means i can fit quite a lot into this case! Protects the brushes and rolls up quite small so it does the job

I used to keep my watercolour brushes in a plastic basket/tray in my art drawer but I was finding the brush heads were sometimes rubbing on the end of the basket and the longer brushes had to sit at an angle, sometimes bending the bristles over slightly. I wanted something quick, simple, compact, portable and lightweight that would protect my brushes whilst enabling them to be easily accessed and transported when needed. I now have all my brushes safely tucked into this lovely holder, arranged in sizes and lengths, perfect!!! No more bent or curled brush heads and bristles!! Easy to grab and go when I want to do a spot of painting. It was slightly taller than I had imagined, but that's not a problem, just enables it to hold brushes with longer handles. Really smart bit of kit. Recommend to any artist :-)

The Daler Rowney Brush Roll holds more than twenty brushes. In mine, I keep everything from a small rigger to a large hake, and all are held very securely in a series of pockets. The inside is lined with a soft material which absorbs moisture ( A useful feature if the the brush hairs or bristles are still damp.) The outer material is waterproof and wipe cleanable.It is simple to use: put your brushes in, roll it up, and secure with two ties. I use a neat bow - A bit like fastening your shoe laces.Overall, I am very satisfied with the brush roll particularly with the way it affords protection for my watercolour brushes keeping them in really good condition.I recommend this item to any artist with a need to store brushes, either watercolour, acrylic, or oils.

The problem with buying online is the size is not always what one expects and this is samller than I imagined, will not accommodate longer brushes. However, the slots will take several smaller bruses together, so if you stick to shorter brushes when out and about it will be fine. It rolls into a very compact size and will be easy to transport with other equipment.

The brush roll was perfect. It was long enough not to affect the brush part itself and held all my daughter's brushes. Looks very professional! 🙂

Good product. It will take all my brushes

I bought this for a friend, though I had already bought one for myself. She was very pleased with the result - and I'm still happy some months later, having used it for a variety of brushes and painting implements!!
