Goodbye hot flashes
I have hot flashes and I will tell you that this is helped immensely I’d wake up for five times in the evening burning up cut it down to maybe once or twice a week instead of three or four times a night. I haven’t had any side effects it works great for hot flashes. Great value because it actually works for me.

Started peri menopause 3 years ago...this has been a game changer for me. I take two with a meal at lunch daily along with 1 Fibrovera to keep the hot flashes away. Hope this can help someone else!

Life quality improvement
I take this with a St. John’s Wart and within a month of consistently taking this combo I’ve less hot flashes and moodiness. I’ve also had less dryness. I’m happy with the results and have religiously been on this program about 6 months now. I will mention I’m pre*menopausal and I think that matters.

Effective but not for people with sensitivities
These seemed great and they are effective but I tend to have a more sensitive system than most people and I had a mottled area around my stomach after using a few days,; Ive stopped using and my stomach looks normal again. I've never had skin issues in my life so it was worrisome. These seem like effective pills, just read ingredients and exercise caution. Now taking AmataLife by Dr Christine Nothup and love it
