It was difficult to untangle I suggest laying it out on the floor and untie the ribbon once you get it up and working it's amazing looks brilliant at night.very happy

The media could not be loaded.  There’s nothing more annoying than untangling them getting them out to find one of the trees does not light up! Such a shame as there nice lights and different. Unsure to buy them again as I don’t want this to happen twice.

Arrived the next day at front door as requested. need to be handled delicately as these copper wire lights all do . But taking my time to undo the string and lay them out ready for hanging was not difficult .I hung them aroung the curtain pole and added the rubbe characters being a bit fiddly again but now they are up and im very happy .. The remore control needs a battery (not provided) but once in the remote everything works as it should ... After i hung the lights the plactic hooks looked a bit unsightly so i wrapped some tinsle around the curtain poll to hide them from view ... love them now .... very happy ... they look better as all lights do when darkoutside but the photo shows them up and on in day light

Really like this product is not bad for the price.

These lights are nice I can't dispute that, the box came with tangled wires and the little figures in the bottom of the box. Some of the figures hadn't been punched properly and there were no holes to hang them, took a couple of hours to untangle and make holes and attach the figures but it was worth it, the lights are lovely and I am looking forward to finally getting them up on the window

The lights were just what I needed, the colours are vibrant and is very well made.However, the little remote that came with the lights was broken and is very flimsy.

The media could not be loaded.  It's very beautiful and colorful, the correct amount of light for our small decorations. It took some time opening and untieing knots but looks amazing in the end and enhanced that small corner the way I wanted.Loved the purchase and would recommend it.

Both sets purchased have broken string very flimsy and not worth the money
