IDC what anyone says but this is the best basic body lotion on the market hands down! It smells coco buttery, basic, neutral for everyone to use and clean smelling and light, yet the lotion goes on thick and creamy but absorbs completely and quickly. This lotion is so hydrating and lasts all day long. My skin is dry as heck and ashy on my legs bc I have hard water and this lotion takes care of all of those issues. My knees and shins glow and are soft and it helps somewhat with crepe skin as well, in my opinion and experience.

This lotion is exceptional, offering remarkable smoothness to my skin. Having used it for several years, I sincerely hope the company maintains its current formulation, as many brands tend to alter their ingredients. I love how hydrating this lotion is. I usually use body oil, body cream and then a smell good lotion together. With this lotion I don’t have to use anything extra, just the lotion. The only issue I have, is that the lotion is so thick it will not come out when I pump. I had to pour it into a jar so I can use it. You can see where the lotion is stuck 1/2 way up the tube and will not budge. To release the lotion from the bottle, I had to pour a little body oil in the bottle to release the lotion so I can pour it into the jar. I love the thickness of the lotion, it hydrates my skin so well and it last a long time. I just wish it was in a jar. It smells good too.

I’ve always struggled during the winter months to find that perfect lotion combination that suited my skins needs. After a recommendation from a coworker- I decided to try this particular Gold Bond (it was my first time trying or ever buying a gold bond product) and I am forever hooked!! First and foremost, the price just can’t be beat, especially compared to some of the other brands I have tried. Second, it’s the perfect combination of what I’ve been searching for: scented, but not heavily..not too thick, but not too thin, extremely moisturizing, but not greasy to the touch..and my favorite part, I’ve only had to apply ONCE per day!! I’ve put this on early in the mornings, directly out of the shower for the last 4 days and by bedtime- my skin feels just as moisturized as it did 15 hours ago! I always felt with other brands that I’ve had to apply multiple times a day, causing me to use more lotion..in turn, making me have to buy more lotion. I can see this product lasting me for quite some time! I’m very pleased!

Excellent - lives up to Gold Bond’s good reputation. Worth the price - I’ll buy this again and again. PROS * Smells good but not too strong * Good texture - no tackiness * Thick but emollient enough to be spreadable * Feels like it’s really moisturizing CON * Thick - it’s so thick that it’s harder to get the last out than it is for regular lotions. Definitely end up wasting some. It’s so thick that it doesn’t blob out like ketchup when you shake it. It’s so thick that the last gobs don’t drop down to the bottom if its upside down, or to the other side if you leave the bottle on the side instead of standing.
