They say that Ashwagandha can take days or weeks to produce a desired effect. I found two days was the charm. I took two gummies last night and slept really well. I didn't feel really anxious again until about 5 pm today when I took two more gummies. I then sat in my recliner and drank some water and put on my heated blanket. So after taking these at 5 pm I waited to see what would happen and if they'd work in real time. The first thing I noticed at about 5:05 pm was that the room got brighter. This sometimes happens with antianxiety pills I take. Then at 5:10 pm my anxious thoughts just stopped and my breathing became deeper after having been very shallow before. At exactly 5:25 pm I took a deep breath spontaneously and breathed out like a deep sign of relief. It happened automatically without me causing it to occur. The body just knows when it starts to relax. By 5:47 I was feeling so much less anxious and my breathing was back to normal. By 6 pm I felt very relaxed but not falling asleep. Now at 7 pm I feel pretty good with NO anxiety and NO stress and NO restricted breathing. I feel happy. The definition of CHILL to me is that you feel relaxed and happy! These worked for me for sleep and relaxation and I think trying them for more than one day is key. So they seem to be to be effective and a good value for money because they work! My husband keeps asking me to bring him two of these every day. He says he nearly slept through the night whereas he was waking up too early before. He takes them in the afternoon and they still help him sleep better. I have been taking them more often too! It looks like I'll need a second bottle!!!!!!! P.S. I had an experience for about 48 hours where I felt especially happy after taking two gummies in an afternoon. I think these can affect mood. I told my doctor this happened and she said if I was taking an antidepressant it would not be such a good thing to take and said maybe in my case take only one gummy if it makes me too happy when I take two. I had low hopes for these but genuinely felt way less stressed a week in. The reason I grabbed these is partly because I have a stressful job and partly because I’ve been losing hair due to stress. These have helped balance my stress so well that I could tell when I ran out. I went a few weeks between re-ordering (see above: stressful job) and felt better the day I got them back in my system. I’ve seen other supplements with ashwagandha but have never bit the bullet to take them. I wanted to believe the reviews were all hype but they’re not. 10/10 recommend. Not a review paid for by anyone nor anything for free in return.

I have been taking these for a week. My sleep quality has improved. My sleep is deeper, and I wake up feeling refreshed. I definitely feel more ‘calm.’ Taste is good and texture is not gritty as I often find in gummy supplements.

Love these gummies! I take them at night to wind down and I feel like I sleep so much better using them and wake up feeling rested. The taste is super good. It tastes like candy! This is my favorite part of my night routine.

These gummies are delicious! And the are super soft to chew which is also a plus. The only negative thing I have to say is that the bottle has 60 gummies but the dosage are twice a day which makes it for only 15 servings not 30 which is listed in the supplement facts. Will definitely be purchasing again and perhaps trying other products
