It's comfortable for the baby in the main unit, but not so much for the child at the bottom. When the top seat is in the cot position there's no space at all for the toddler. The toddler seat is also quite hard and uncomfortable. It doesn't feel very strong so will only hold a child up to 2.5 years. The shopping basket is huge, but not very practical when the toddlers legs are taking up most the basket. I did find the frame to be quite flimsy and it did flex a fair bit once my baby got a little bigger.
